About Me:

Born and raised in Aydın, Türkiye, in the heart of the Aegean region, I come from a family of educators who instilled in me the importance of giving back to the community. This deep-rooted sense of service and leadership has guided me throughout my career. As President/CEO of the Society of Turkish American Physicians, I am honored to lead an organization dedicated to fostering a strong professional network, advancing medical education, and supporting both the Turkish American and broader communities through healthcare initiatives.

With an MBA in Finance, Information Systems and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s in engineering from Cukurova University, Türkiye, I bring over two decades of experience in healthcare finance, data analytics, and strategic planning. Throughout my career in academic health systems and hospital networks, I have focused on leveraging data-driven
solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care, and drive healthcare accessibility. My certifications in Lean Six Sigma and healthcare quality improvement reflect my commitment to excellence in the field.

As President/CEO, my vision is to expand the Society’s impact by strengthening mentorship programs for young physicians, fostering collaborations with academic institutions, and leading initiatives that provide medical support to underserved communities regardless of race, background, religion, or political views. Giving back to society is at the core of my leadership,
and I am committed to ensuring that the Society of Turkish American Physicians remains a pillar of support, innovation, and service in the medical community.

I look forward to working closely with our team to further our mission of healing, teaching, and innovating. My goal is to elevate our organization to the next level, establishing it as a trusted leader among Turkish American healthcare professionals.
