Turkish American Physicians Retreat

We are excited to announce the First Annual Turkish American Physicians Retreat, organized by the Society of Turkish American Physicians. We look forward to connecting with the Turkish physician community in the United States to strengthen our bond and have fun while networking.  Our first retreat will happen in Pacific Grove, California, with beautiful scenery and an amazing wild habitat. Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations must be notified by e-mail. There are some refund deadlines as below:

  • Hotel and registration fees are fully refundable until 07/07/2024.
  • Registration fees are 50% refundable and hotel fees are fully refundable between 07/08/2024 and 08/08/2024.*
  • On or after 08/09/2024, hotel and registration fees are nonrefundable.*

*For those who select a room occupancy of double, triple, or quadruple, and need STAP to assign roommates, if we are unable to find enough roommates, we’ll give you the option to upgrade to a smaller occupancy or cancel with a full refund of registration and hotel fees regardless of the date.
